generating metamorphosis, together
You’re good at holding other people through impossible things.
You’re less sure how to hold yourself.
This is a space to figure that out without having to explain why it’s hard, justify how you got here, or perform recovery before you’re had a chance to actually begin it.

You chose this work on purpose. And somewhere along the way, it started costing more than you knew how to name.
You're still showing up. Still competent. Still holding things together for everyone else. But privately, you're running on empty in a way that a weekend off doesn't touch.
You don't need someone to tell you to practise self-care. You need someone who understands why this is hard in the specific way that it's hard.
You're not broken. You're exhausted by something real. And you're ready to find a way through.
Plutonian Consulting works with social workers, therapists, doctors, nurses, educators, and other helpers at the point where the work stops working for them.

This is 1:1 consultation & coaching — a dedicated space that's entirely yours.
We go beneath the surface. Not just what's happening, but what's underneath it, like the patterns, the history, the weight you've been carrying that nobody in your institution has had the language to name.
Sessions are led by where you are. There's no protocol to follow. Just rigorous, grounded work at whatever depth you're ready for.

I'm a social worker and consultant who works with helpers at the point where the work stops working for them.
I bring a systems lens to individual experience which means I'm less interested in what's wrong with you and more interested in what you've been navigating, for how long, and at what cost.
This work is depth-first. It draws on years of practice inside and alongside the kinds of institutions my clients are trying to survive: social care, healthcare, education, community services. I know the terrain.
I started Plutonian Consulting because I believe helpers deserve the same quality of rigorous, grounded support they're trained to offer everyone else. That's what I'm here to provide.
